A building to last

The Lord gives an analogy in Matthew regarding how to build your life on a solid foundation verses on unstable ground. He tells us that reading and understanding His Word is important. Just as equally important is LIVING His Word, obeying His instructions. That lifestyle leads us to His eternal place in the Heavens.

What we have to do is be very conscious that our decisions point us in the right direction with Heaven as the goal.

Both Heaven and Hell are real and just because we do not see them does not mean they do not exist.

Let’s be more devoted to The Lord in our lives, not just going to church. It is an accomplishable goal.

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. (Matthew 7:24, 25 KJV)
