Life is hard! Whoever says different, is not being truthful.
As Christians, we must remember that the hard times we face are only temporary. Sometimes, hard times are not attributed to your wrongdoings; it may be because God is trying to teach your patience and perseverance. God wants you to totally rely on Him. H
Today, the antidote, the formula for getting through these tough, trying times is to PRAISE GOD, in the midst of the circumstances.
- You are praying and waiting with/in the expectation that God will manifest His Word in your life.
- You are PRAISING because you are responding to your troubles by adding FAITH.
Ask God to help you. PRAISE Him because of what He has done for you, before, and believe He will do the same for you, now.
I must admit that I have often looked at my situation and felt hopeless. I have learned and continue to try to do my best to remember that God does not fall short of His Word and that He promised to provide, to make ways through it and into my next place where I will find strength, encouragement, hope, and rejuvenation.
Today’s Scriptures:
Psalm 27:14 NIV | New International Version
Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.
Jeremiah 29: 11-13 NIV | New International Version
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
Colossians 1:11-20 GW | God’s Word Translation
We ask him to strengthen you by his glorious might with all the power you need to patiently endure everything with joy. 12 You will also thank the Father, who has made you able to share the light, which is what God’s people inherit.
